Seasonal Spotlight

Taking inspiration from the Italian sportswear scene of the ’80s and ’90s, the collection features bold color-blocking and saturated seasonal colorways—like fuchsia, chartreuse, and cobalt—across staple styles and new additions alike

The Saturdays NYC Pre-Fall 2019 collection looks to the bright colors of the emerging Italian sportswear scene in the ’80s and ’90s for inspiration.

Bold color-blocking—reminiscent of soccer jerseys and cycling kits—is applied to popular Saturdays styles like the Sanders Paneled long sleeve polo shirt, the Bondi Paneled Crewneck shirt, the Jake Paneled short sleeve polo shirt and the Timothy board short in saturated colors like fuchsia, chartreuse, and cobalt.

Popular Saturdays archive patterns like the Lotus and Monstera prints also make a cameo in this collection, this time reworked in surreal neon colorways. They adorn styles like the Canty short sleeve shirt, Timothy swim shorts and graphic tees.

This season introduces an all-new active style: the Tatsu Packable Windbreaker. It features bold branding and an ultra-light construction.

The collection will be available online and in-store at all US Saturdays NYC locations on May 9th and worldwide on May 10th.■
